Yang Mingrun: Chairman and Legal Person Representative of the Company
He graduated from the Department of Machinery, Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1988 with a postgraduate degree.
From 1988 to 1992, he worked in the Chinese Academy of Physics and engaged in the research of nuclear weapons.
In 1990, he participated in the CNC processing of nuclear weapon core components and made great contributions in improving the processing technology, improving the processing quality, shortening the processing cycle and guaranteeing the qualified rate of products. He won the first prize of scientific and technological progress awarded by the National Defense Science and Technology Commission.
In 1992, he won the second prize of scientific and technological progress awarded by the National Defense Science and Technology Commission for the development of the geometric mathematical model and the processing procedure of the CRT shell breaking.
In June 2004, Mianyang Baorun Technology Development Co., Ltd. was founded with its own technology and funds. Focus on research and development of testing equipment in paper industry.

He graduated from the Computer Department of Dawn Institute of Technology in 1984 with a bachelor's degree.
From 1988 to 1992, he worked in the Chinese Academy of Physics.
From 1993 to 1998, he was engaged in the development of computer software in entities founded by the Chinese Academy of Physics.
In 2004, together with Comrade Yang Mingrun, Mianyang Baorun Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. was founded. It is engaged in the research and development of testing equipment in the paper industry and in charge of market development.
Li Zhongbing: Mechanical Engineer of the Company
He graduated from Southwest University of Science and Technology in 1997, majoring in mechanical automation, with a postgraduate degree.
From 2001 to 2006, he worked in Sichuan Changhong Electronics Holding Group Co., Ltd. and engaged in mechanical design.
In 2006, he joined Baorun Technology, responsible for the management of mechanical design, development and production.
